was born from a simple belief:
good food connects people, no matter where they come from.
Our story brings together two cultures with a deep respect for craftsmanship and flavor — the Dutch love for comforting baked classics and the Vietnamese passion for balance, freshness, and bold taste. What started as a shared love for food became a bakery where traditions meet, evolve, and are lovingly reimagined.
From the soft, golden warmth of Dutch worstenbroodjes to the rich aromas of cinnamon buns and the subtle depth of Vietnamese ingredients like fish sauce, every recipe tells a story. A story of curiosity, respect, and the joy of sharing something freshly baked.
We bake with care, patience, and honest ingredients. Some recipes come from Europe, others from Vietnam — but all of them are made here, fresh, for our community in Hanoi.
