Worstenbroodjes in Hanoi

The authentic taste of Brabant, now available in Vietnam.

What is a Worstenbroodje?

A Brabants worstenbroodje is a traditional Dutch sausage roll from the province of North Brabant. Unlike puff pastry sausage rolls (saucijnebroodjes), worstenbroodjes are made with soft, white bread dough. This makes them perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a quick snack.

Our Recipe

At Cin Cảmơn, we stick to tradition. We use high-quality pork, a blend of Dutch spices (including nutmeg and white pepper), and our signature soft milk dough. They are hand-rolled and baked until golden brown.

Worstenbroodjes FAQ

How do I reheat them?

Oven: 8 minutes at 180°C. Airfryer: 5 minutes at 160°C. Microwave is possible but not recommended (makes them soft).

Can I freeze them?

Yes! They freeze perfectly. Just reheat straight from frozen (add a few minutes to cooking time).
